Article 001 – Registrations & Subscriptions
§ 01
a) For the “Very Young”, be sure of your child’s desire for the chosen discipline!
b) Prefer to pay for the first lessons individually rather than opting for a subscription right away!
c) The subscription is non-refundable if your child does not take a liking to Dance!
§ 02
a) The registration fee of €25.00 is mandatory, unique and indivisible; it includes, among other things, “Bodily Accidents – Civil Liability” coverage in the context of activities carried out on the School’s premises….
This amount remains the property of L’Ecole de Danse and will not be refundable under any circumstances…
b) Attention…. Students paying “per lesson” are not systematically covered by this insurance…. They are left with the choice to pay – or not – the amount claimed to be covered…
§ 03
a) The subscription is strictly personal; It will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
b) Classes taken before registration and payment of the subscription will be due at the full price (€16.00 & €13.00). Payment must be made before the start of the course.
c) The subscription is payable within fifteen days prior to the start of the relevant period.
d) For any cash payment, a receipt will be given to each student as proof. If no trace of this receipt is found in our file, no dispute will be considered.
e) In view of the many abuses in the past, the Dance School reserves the right to prohibit access to the class to students who are not in good standing. No complaints or requests for refunds will be considered.
f) An interest rate of 1.5% will be charged per month of late payment with a minimum of €25.00.
Article 002 – Schedules & Schedules
§ 01
a) The dates and times communicated at the beginning of the Season are in principle immutable. They take into account the Belgian school calendars for holidays and public holidays…
b) However, in order to preserve the well-being of the students or for the quality of the course offered, the School reserves the right to significantly modify the timetable (duplication of classes due to too many classes, too great differences in levels, etc.).
c) Any changes are made with respect for and availability of the greatest number of participants…
d) Under no circumstances can the School’s liability be called into question in the context of these modifications.
Article 003 – Costume & Attendance at Classes
§ 01
a) The Ballet School does not require a particular costume…
We ask students to show up to class in appropriate clothing, hair tied back, without jewelry and to leave their phones in the cloakroom, or … better…. At home…
b) For classes requiring the wearing of sneakers (Funk, Hip Hop, Ragga), it is imperative that the student brings shoes with clean soles
